Who we've worked with
Meet Our CEO
Lutchmee Nobaub completed her higher education at the Paris XII university , in science, health, and application. She has more than 16 years experience in clinical research, accumulating, through different positions, experiences, and contacts throughout Western Europe. After ten years of working for the top 4 CROs, she founded Clinear Research where she managed more than 30 studies in Mauritius, Réunion, Islands, and western Europe.
This adventure allowed her to learn new aspects of her profession, as a business manager, and to diversify her skills. The necessary adaptation to a very different local reality allowed her to find the means to combine international requirements and local specificities and regulations.
Since 2021, she has received several awards including Health Revelation at Women In Africa Initiative, Laureate WIA54 2021 and Africa’s most respected CEO award 2022.
Participating in the progress of medicine and the care of patients particularly the pan-African population has been her main motivation. She strongly believes in a personalized medicine tailored to the patient’ interest and genetic diversity.
